Samsonite Europe - Teamevenement ter ere van het 50-jarig jubileum
Om het 50-jarig jubileum in Oudenaarde te vieren, wilde Samsonite haar personeel bedanken met een onvergetelijke avond vol eten en entertainment. OFCORES organiseerde een leuke avond rond het thema reizen met een receptie en walking dinner voor zo'n 750 gasten, gevolgd door entertainment.
OFCORES verzorgde de logistiek vanuit AZ, te beginnen met de complete branding voor het evenement, compleet met instapkaarten, een incheckbalie en een veiligheidscontrole op de luchthaven, wolken en zelfs een walk-through flight.
De decoraties waren duurzaam en hadden een botanisch tintje. Het eten kwam van over de hele wereld en er waren eetkraampjes met gerechten uit verschillende keukens, zoals de Italiaanse, Belgische, Aziatische en (Zuid-)Amerikaanse keuken.
Met 2 fotohokjes, een fietsuitdaging en 3 verschillende bands/DJ's werden de gasten van begin tot eind vermaakt.

To celebrate its 50 years in Oudenaarde, Samsonite wanted to thank its staff with an unforgettable evening of food and entertainment. OFCORES organised a fun evening around the theme of travelling with a reception and walking dinner for around 750 guests followed by entertainment.
OFCORES took care of the logistics from A-Z, starting with the entire branding for the event complete with boarding passes, a check in desk and airport security checkpoint, clouds and even a walk through flight.
Decorations were kept sustainable with a botanical flare, while the food was from around the world and featured food stands of different cuisines such as Italian, Belgian, Asia and (South) American.
With 2 photo booths, a cycling challenge and 3 different bands / DJs, guests were entertained from start to finish.
